Description

This dataset contains curated research data investigating the association between urinary TDCPP metabolites and liver disease progression (hepatic steatosis [HS] and liver cirrhosis [LC]) using NHANES survey data (2017-2020 cycle). It includes: Demographic/Clinical Variables: Age, sex, BMI, CAP (≥248 dB/m for HS), LSM (≥7.4 kPa for LC) from ARFI elastography (FibroScan®). Exposure Data: Urinary TDCPP metabolite concentrations (values < LOD excluded). Statistical Outputs: RCS curves for dose-response relationships. GVIF values for multicollinearity assessment. IQR summaries of continuous variables. Omics Data: PPI network-identified hub genes (AKT1, STAT3, PPARG). GO/KEGG enrichment results (PI3K-Akt, TGF-β pathways). Immune infiltration scores (CIBERSORT algorithm). Molecular docking binding energies for TDCPP-protein interactions.
