This dataset comprises three-dimensional numerical simulation results of obstacle-influenced dune evolution, including the computational mesh (mesh.x), simulated flow field (flow.q), and evolving bedform topography (topography.txt). The mesh data define the spatial discretization of the computational domain, the flow field data provide the three-dimensional velocity components obtained from the fluid dynamics simulations, and the topographic data describe the temporal evolution of the bed surface under aeolian processes. These datasets are provided to support the reproducibility of the simulations and facilitate further analysis.
