Description

This dataset contains images of full western blots presented in performed and presented in "SMPD3 suppresses oligodendroglioma growth via dual autocrine-paracrine roles" study. This study investigated the dual role of SMPD3-mediated autocrine and paracrine signaling in regulating oligodendroglioma tumor growth. The western blots were performed to characterize isolated extracellular vesicles following ultracentrifugation procedure, as well as, validating the genetic modification performed on oligodendroglioma tumor lines.
