This dataset contains the numerical data supporting the manuscript “Insights into Early Solar Nebular Processes from Quantitative Microchemical Analyses of Submicron Anhydrous Silicates in the Matrix of Pristine CO3.0 Chondrites.” It includes all STEM-EDS analyses used to generate Tables 1-4 and Supplementary Tables, comprising major and minor element concentrations (wt%) for olivine and pyroxene in DOM 08006 and ALHA 77307, along with derived cation proportions (normalized to 4 O for olivine and 6 O for pyroxene) and endmember compositions (Fo, En-Fs-Wo). The supplementary datasets are also used to construct Figures 13 and 14 in the manuscript. Analytical methods, calibration, and data reduction procedures are described in the associated manuscript.
