This dataset contains raw and processed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from human atherosclerotic plaque tissues collected during carotid endarterectomy or coronary artery bypass grafting procedures. The samples were obtained from patients at Ningxia Medical University-affiliated hospitals, with informed consent and approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee.
