Expert-elicited data sheets used to conduct the analysis described in the manuscript. Six experts provided estimates for 4 objectives (see tabs in attached Excel sheets). The instructions that were provided to each expert are included in the attached Word file. A set of summarised data is included in the file "Data_final.pdf"
