Description

This is a .knar archive containing files describiing the model generation process, the generated models as well as original data from publication Bartsch et al. (2018) "Predictive models for thermal inactivation of human norovirus and surrogates in strwaberry puree", published in Food Control. The archives and the files can be used with the free, open source software KNIME Analytics Platform version 3.6.0 (KNIME AG, Zurich, Switzerland, www.knime.com) with the PMM-Lab KNIME extension version 1.0.9 (German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, Berlin, Germany, https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/pmm-lab/).
