Description

Supplementary data showing controls for exportin 1 (XPO1)-dependent nuclear export inhibition with Leptomycin B and Selinexor. Representative figures show nuclear retention of the cellular protein Cyclin B1, which is exported from the nucleus via XPO1, indicating that the drugs Leptomycin B and Selinexor specifically inhibit the XPO1 nuclear export pathway.
