Description

Original dataset comprises house characteristics data for 873 residential transactions from January 1, 2023, till September 25, 2023. Several geographical variables—including the distance to green spaces, adjacent facilities, restaurants, air quality index, walk score—were obtained by means of Google's API tools and Point to Edge calculations. With precision and proper assessment of the environmental influence on house prices, the aggregated data may assist predict Hamilton County's housing market.
