Description

This database contains three files, namely a csv file, a txt file and a JPG file. This "TGA.csv" file contains the thermogravimetric test data of the ceramic substrate conducted by a thermogravimetric analyzer. This "XRD.txt" file contains the XRD data of the ceramic substrate after co-firing with the conductor. This "Thermal shock resistance test.jpg" is the test image of the infrared thermometer during the Thermal shock resistance test of the device
