This deposit contains the R source code (as a PDF listing) for a system dynamics simulation that analyzes hospital bed blocking caused by hip-fracture patients awaiting transfer to geriatric institutions in the Netherlands. The model implements stock-and-flow equations to track patient inflow, length-of-stay, discharge queues, and downstream capacity constraints.
