Description

This dataset contains the tabulated data and statistical analyses supporting the revised manuscript “Apparent lipid–water hydrogen isotope fractionation emerges from successive pathway responses to salinity in the mangrove Sonneratia apetala.” The Excel workbook contains Tables S1–S12, including sampling and salinity-calibration metadata, lipid distributions, raw water and lipid isotope measurements, analytical uncertainties, calculated fractionation metrics, pooled regression and ANCOVA/FDR results, small-sample sensitivity analyses, exact pathway decomposition, FAME methyl-H sensitivity analysis, analytical quality control for the 2022 water-isotope dataset, numerical sensitivity to potential xylem-water extraction bias, and direct LI-2100 validation.
