Description

-The evolution trajectory of malignant B cells revealed pathogenesis from HBV infection. -Specific malignant cell subsets and FDC subsets were dominate stratified by dynamic HBV-infected states. -Maintenance of predominant malignant cell subsets after immunochemotherapy may promote POD24 occurrence. -Malignant cell subset colocalized with certain immunosuppressive cohorts could characterize POD24 events. -Newly identified featured molecules from specific malignant cells subsets provides potential therapeutic targets.
