(c and d) Histological pictures from the face (c) and leg (d) showing irregular hyperplasia of the epidermis, infiltration of lymphocytes, plasma cells, histiocytes, and neutrophils in the dermis, along with the presence of multinucleated giant cells, which supported a diagnosis of infectious granuloma. (H&E, 100×). (e and f) Significant resolution of the rash in the face (e) and leg (f) after 5 months of therapy with upadacitinib.
