Description

FigS1B: Yolk protein processing shown by Coomassie Blue staining of SDS-PAGE; FigS2B: Vtg processing visualized by Coomassie Blue staining of yolk protein SDS-PAGE. Embryos were incubated with the cathepsin inhibitor E64d from 2 to 48 hpf; FigS2D: Vtg processing visualized by Coomassie Blue staining of yolk protein SDS-PAGE. Embryos were treated with the cathepsin inhibitor E64d from 2 to 24 or 48 hpf; FigS2K: Vtg processing in 48 hpf embryos visualized by Coomassie Blue staining of yolk protein SDS-PAGE. Embryos were injected with E64d (150 pg) into yolk at 3 hpf and 24 hpf.
