Description

Field data gathered during in situ campaign at FarmED (https://www.farm-ed.co.uk), in the 4-year old herbal ley (H) and arable plot (A). Core data refer to denitrification measurement made using the method of Micucci et al. (2024): Towards enhanced sensitivity of the 15N gas flux method for quantifying denitrification in soil https://doi.org/10.1016/j.soilbio.2024.109421 The greenhouse gas measurements were made using a static chamber approach. Other soil metrics (such as moisture, DOC etc.) were also measured. A third nearby field (GC) under grass-clover ley was also studied.
