Description

This dataset contains survey responses collected from 1,127 Generation Z participants residing in the Dhaka and Chattogram divisions of Bangladesh. The data were gathered using a structured questionnaire to examine the relationships among Environmental Awareness, Green Trust, Social Influence, Attitude, and Sustainable Apartment Purchase Intention. The dataset was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to investigate the determinants of sustainable apartment purchase intention and regional differences between Dhaka and Chattogram divisions.

Steps to reproduce

1. A structured questionnaire was developed to measure Environmental Awareness, Green Trust, Social Influence, Attitude, and Sustainable Apartment Purchase Intention. 2. Data were collected from Generation Z respondents residing in the Dhaka and Chattogram divisions of Bangladesh. 3. The collected responses were screened and cleaned to remove incomplete and invalid entries. 4. A total of 1,127 valid responses were retained for further analysis. 5. The dataset was imported into SmartPLS software for statistical analysis. 6. Reliability and validity of the measurement model were assessed using standard PLS-SEM procedures. 7. The structural model was evaluated through bootstrapping to test the proposed hypotheses. 8. Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) was conducted to compare the structural relationships between respondents from Dhaka and Chattogram divisions. 9. Path coefficients, significance levels, and the explanatory power (R²) of the model were examined and interpreted.
