This serves as supplementary information on the research titled "Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Biodegradation by Synthetic Microbial Consortia: Synergistic Interactions and Genomic Insights into Bacillus safensis F18 and Escherichia coli 9SH Strains." Enclosed are the the methods used like agar-based enzyme activity assays, the 16S rRNA sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis. Additionally results are also provide here.
