Description

This dataset presents introduces a unique and innovative fruit images dataset of 14,630, including 1,333 original images and the rest of the augmented images for the fruits of strawberries and avocados. The dataset captures the development of strawberries and avocados through four distinct stages: unripe, partially ripe, ripe, and rotten. The fruits were sourced from farms in Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra, India, and local markets in Pune and Maharashtra. The fruits were regularly monitored from the harvesting stage, with all noticeable changes carefully documented.
