Description

This dataset supports the manuscript “A Decision-Support Model for Directional Product Reallocation in Fresh-Produce Supply Chains.” It contains calibrated input data, deterministic product-reallocation policy definitions, processed output summaries, directional diagnostics, table and figure source files, solver/reporting metadata, and scripts used to organize the reported tables and figures. The study evaluates planned product-reallocation policies in a fresh-produce supply-chain setting where sweet potato is treated as the shortage-prone item and Bok choy and beans are treated as supporting items. The dataset supports verification of the reported supply-demand diagnostics, baseline service profile, main policy-grid outcomes, support/leakage/cannibalization metrics, sensitivity and benchmark summaries, reduced-network validation results, and figure source data. Full end-to-end MILP re-optimization is not included because the complete optimization implementation depends on licensed solver software and project-specific implementation files.
