The main motivation of this research work is to determine the influence of Design Thinking on the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022, the specific objectives being defined from the Design Thinking phases promulgated by Tim Brown, creator of this method: determine the level of influence of the empathy phase for the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022, determine the level of influence of the define phase for the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022, determine the level of influence of the devise phase for the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022, determine the level of influence of the prototyping phase for the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022 and determine the level of influence of the evaluation phase for the business model of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. - Arequipa, 2022. The execution of this research work was developed using the scientific method as a basis, being a basic type of research, having a correlational research level, under the non-experimental design. This research was carried out on a total population of 24 employees of the company Byte Soluciones S.A.C. of the city of Arequipa, as well as 65 companies - clients of Byte Soluciones S.A.C. of the categories of retail/wholesale, services, transportation, restaurants, courier and websites/electronic commerce who meet the inclusion criteria such as: fixed-term services, open-ended services and strategic alliances, to which they were applied the research instruments: interview for qualitative research and questionnaire for quantitative research, both to know the current state of the company and the validation of the proposal, the data processing was carried out using the statistical programs SPSS and Microsoft Excel, obtaining the results results between the study variables.
