- CollectionADRC Data Freeze CollectionThis collection brings together the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center (ADRC) Data Freeze datasets published through Digital Commons Data@Becker. Each Data Freeze represents a distinct snapshot of the ADRC research data available at a specific point in time. Individual Data Freeze datasets are assigned separate DOIs to preserve versioned releases, while this collection provides a single entry point for browsing the complete series.

- Supporting data for “Beyond a uniform defense: Pattern-recognition receptor identity shapes immune outputs in sweet cherry”Plant pattern-triggered immunity (PTI) is generally considered a conserved defense mechanism activated after the recognition of microbe-associated molecular patterns (MAMPs). However, whether different pattern-recognition receptors (PRRs) simply trigger a common immune response or instead bias immunity toward distinct regulatory states remains poorly understood, particularly in woody perennial species. We hypothesized that activation of the bacterial receptor PaFLS2 by flg22 and the fungal receptor PaEIX2 by xyn11/EIX establishes partially distinct immune programs that differentially shape transcriptional regulation, phytohormone accumulation, and disease resistance in sweet cherry (Prunus avium). To test this hypothesis, we combined molecular, structural, biochemical, and physiological approaches. The dataset includes the cloned nucleotide and amino acid sequences of PaFLS2, sequence alignments and domain analyses, orthology-informed transcription factor–target regulatory networks projected from experimentally validated Arabidopsis thaliana interactions, gene expression analyses by RT-qPCR, phytohormone and metabolite measurements, pathogen susceptibility assays, and the integrated datasets used for principal component analysis (PCA) and K-means clustering. The data demonstrate that flg22 and xyn11/EIX do not simply activate a uniform PTI response. Instead, the two elicitors induce partially overlapping but distinct transcriptional, hormonal, and physiological responses that are associated with different pathogen resistance outcomes. Multivariate analyses further reveal that these responses segregate into distinct molecular states, supporting the conclusion that PRR identity contributes to immune specificity in sweet cherry. The deposited files include both processed datasets and supporting information required to reproduce the analyses presented in the associated manuscript. They are intended to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse in studies of plant immunity, receptor biology, transcriptional regulation, phytohormone signaling, systems biology, and defense responses in perennial crops. Researchers may use these data for comparative analyses, orthology-based regulatory inference, meta-analyses, or as reference datasets for studies of PRR-mediated immunity in Prunus and other plant species.
- BAL FENTON DATA SET LORETT 2026This dataset contains 31,595 patent documents retrieved through systematic data mining on Google Patents Public Datasets (patents-public-data.patents.publications) via Google BigQuery, covering the period 2010–2026. The dataset was generated as part of a Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis for a technology based on the oxidation of dimercaprol (British Anti-Lewisite, BAL) via a Fenton-type process for the therapeutic and localized generation of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). Documents are organized into three thematic blocks: (1) therapeutic applications of H₂S and gasotransmitters (8,392 documents), (2) medical and synthetic uses of dimercaprol/BAL (606 documents), and (3) Fenton-type reactions and thiol-oxidative processes generating small molecules including H₂S (22,597 documents). Retrieval was performed using multilingual Boolean queries (English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese) applied to title, abstract, and claims fields. Each record includes publication number, publication date, country code, patent family ID, title, abstract, IPC classification, CPC classification, and assignees. The dataset was processed and deduplicated using Python (pandas), resulting in 31,595 unique records across 22,514 patent families. It serves as the primary input for the KNIME-based depuration and IPC filtering workflow described in the associated methodology. The SQL script used for data extraction is provided as supplementary material.

- Holotomographic microscopy - Halting the Reverse Mode: NCX Inhibition as a Neuroprotective Strategy against Oxaliplatin-Induced Peripheral NeurotoxicityLive-cell holotomographic imaging of OHP-induced pathological changes in DRG neurons. These videos show primary adult mouse DRG neuronal cultures exposed to OHP at 7.5 or 25 µM. Refractive index-based imaging captures neurite fragmentation and degeneration, morphological features consistent with necroptosis, and autophagic vacuoles. Images were acquired using a 5 × 5 grid scan, with each grid measuring 90 × 90 µm, every 15 min for 28 h at 7 fps, from 24 to 52 h after OHP incubation.
- Data on Challenges and Resilience Capacities of Smallholder Farmers in Sri LankaThis dataset includes raw data collected from household surveys of smallholder farmers in the dry-zone cascade farming systems of Sri Lanka. It captures information on socioeconomic and farm characteristics, agricultural challenges, resilience capacities, resilience perceptions of farmers, and risk management strategies. Data were gathered through face-to-face interviews with 300 farmers from 12 villages in the Galgamuwa Divisional Secretariat, Kurunegala District, North Western Province of Sri Lanka using a pre-tested structured questionnaire. A simple random sampling method was used, and surveys were conducted between June and September 2025. Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Deakin University Human Research Ethics Committee. The dataset provides detailed information on the conditions and responses of smallholder farmers in this context.

- Dataset for Spatiotemporal patterns and nonlinear correlates of digital economy and tourism ecological security coordination in Chinese citiesThis dataset contains the indicator data used to evaluate the coordinated development between the digital economy and tourism ecological security in Chinese cities from 2006 to 2023. The dataset covers panel data of 206 prefecture-level cities in China and includes digital economy indicators, tourism ecological security indicators, and socioeconomic driving factors. The dataset supports the analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution and nonlinear driving mechanisms of digital economy–tourism ecological security coupling coordination.
- Synthetic dataset: Energy intelligence and residential property valuation (US market)Supplementary data for the paper: Ratic, M., & Filipovic, S. - Determining the market value of residential property by incorporating intelligent energy management (The European Journal of Applied Economics). The empirical analysis relies on a synthetically generated dataset that simulates realistic distributions of the US residential market, calibrated on publicly available sources (RECS, US Census Bureau, Zillow Research, Redfin Data Center, US DOE reports) and generated in Python with a fixed random seed for full reproducibility. Contents: (1) properties.csv / dataset.xlsx - 50 residential properties across five regions (California, Florida, Texas, New York metro, Colorado) with structural attributes, HERS index, the four energy intelligence components and the composite attribute E_int, and transaction prices, used to estimate the extended hedonic model; (2) scenarios.csv - 50 operational scenarios (25 classical deterministic, 25 intelligent control: RL/MAS/MPC) with simulated monthly electricity costs under five tariff regimes and a price shock column, used to test hypotheses on operating savings and price volatility protection; (3) gen_props.py, gen_scen.py - generator scripts; (4) analysis.py - reproduction script that re-estimates the extended hedonic model (OLS with regional fixed effects; delta = 0.082, R2 = 0.847) and the scenario analysis (21% average saving, 47% variance reduction, 38% lower shock cost). See README.md for the column dictionary and step-by-step reproduction instructions.
