- Data for: Size, effective density, morphology, and nano-structure of soot particles generated from buoyant turbulent diffusion flamesThe 'particle size distribution.xlsx' file summarizes the size distribution of soot particles from laboratory-scale flares simulated by turbulent diffusion flames. The 'effective density.xlsx' file summarizes the effective density of soot particles from laboratory-scale flares simulated by turbulent diffusion flames.

- Data for: Fluctuation-theorem method of measuring a particle's mass without knowing its shape or densityAll the time-series data of the particle positions used in the demonstration experiment are provided in .txt files. There are 69 files, one for each particle. The data are in three columns: time (seconds), x-position (meters), y-position (meters). The zero coordinate for (x,y) corresponds to the top-left corner of the camera's field of view, while (0.00973, -0.00608) is the bottom-right corner.

- Data for: A new approximation approach for analytically solving the population balance equation due to thermophoretic coagulationThese files provide the time evolution of the size distribution parameters calculated by the sectional method for thermophoretic coagulation. Three different initial geometric standard deviations, 1.1, 1.4 and 1.8, are selected. Since this paper is a theoretical study, the other data can be directly obtained from the formulas given in the paper.

- Data for: A regional, size-dependent, and causal effective medium model for Asian and Saharan mineral dust refractive index spectraFirst and second moments of complex refractive index spectra based on the Bruggeman effective medium approach for Asian and North African mineral dust aerosols. The wavelength spectrum and resolution is given in the file wavelength_range.txt Availabel regions are: - Northern Sahara - Southern Sahara - West Asia (Gobi desert) - East Asia The standard deviation of the spectra for each region is given in files with the _stdv_ designation. Files containing mean spectra are unmarked. The moments have been computed based on the size distributions published in Dubovik et al. (2002). References: ======== Bruggeman, D. A. G., (1935). - Supplementary material for "Numerical simulation and parametric sensitivity study of titanium dioxide particles synthesised in a stagnation flame"This mechanism describes the decomposition model of TTIP through the C3H6 and CH3 abstraction pathways as published by Buerger et al. (Proc. Combust Inst., 36:1019-1027, 2017). Dissociation reactions of Ti(OH)4 are included and are assumed to be barrierless. The thermo data is taken from Buerger et al. and transport data is estimated using the transport data of similar species used by Shmakov et al. (Proc. Combust. Inst., 34:1143-1149, 2013).
