The dataset contains the R code and raw data input files to replicate the statistical analysis described in "No adverse dietary effect of a cisgenic fire blight resistant apple line on the non-target arthropods Drosophila melanogaster and Folsomia candida". Assignment of the raw data files: - Major leaf components: major_leaf_components_data.csv - D. melanogaster bioassay: fruit_fly_data_input.csv, fruit_fly_data_survival_rate.cvs - F. candida bioassay: springtail_data_input.csv, springtail_data_survival_count.csv

A total of 360 differential proteins were identified; 90 were upregulated and 270 were downregulated. A total of 101 differential mRNAs were identified; 46 were upregulated and 55 were downregulated.

The Excel file contains raw data for toxicological assays using three gut microbiota species, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli, and two human cell lines, HEK293T and HepG2. This file also contains data for the bioluminescence bacterium, Vibrio fischeri.
