These files contain the data, the Stata code, and a reading guide for the article "Gender and Willingness to Compete for High Stakes".

Experimental data. Each excel file is for each experimental session.

The file Data-Reporting-12April2021.xlsx includes two panels. One contains definitions of the variables that are used in the data analysis in "Test-Bedding the New Reporting Standards for Loan Loss Reserves" and the other contains the spreadsheet with the data for the variables.

This data was used in our empirical estimation.

The file includes the data of the experiment described in Halko et. al. "Do non-choice data reveal economic preferences? Evidence from biometric data and compensation-scheme choice"

The file Data-Reporting Standards-9June2020.xlsx includes two panels. One contains definitions of the variables that are used in the data analysis in "Test-Bedding the New Reporting Standards for Loan Loss Reserves" and the other contains the spreadsheet with the data for the variables.

The dataset contains experimental data obtained from risk experiments with small scale farmers in the Matzikamma District in the Western Cape, South Africa. In the experiment measures for Risk Aversion, Probability Weighting and Loss Aversion are obtained. The dataset further contains background socio-economic variables obtained via a survey conducted on the day of the experiments.

The Pyhton code attached is used to generate the plots in the paper. I'm afraid, however, that the excel file with the data is not properly uploading to the system. I'll be happy to share the data in an alternative form if possible. We can also upload the Python code and dataset to an online repository.
