Para responden menyatakan bahwa meningkatnya puntung rokok tersebut sering terjadi di saat jam istirahat dan jam makan siang. Limbah puntung rokok yang berserakan itu berdampak juga pada citra kampus, kebersihan lingkungan, dan kenyamanan bagi orang sekitar. Mengetahui hal ini, para respoden merasa bahwa masalah ini harus ditangani secepatnya.
