This paper presents a unified mathematical framework that derives fundamental physical constants from a closed-loop geometric system. By introducing two primary scaling factors, the Light Scaling Factor ($L = 0.413334$) and the Harmonic Constant ($K = 1.2985$), we demonstrate that mass, charge, and force are not independent variables but products of circular harmonics. A revolutionary "Mass-Time Synthesis" is proposed, identifying the Proton as an Electron scaled through a 3,600-second (1-hour) temporal cycle. The study successfully derives the Bohr Radius ($0.533 \text{ \AA}$) and the electronic charge ($1.602 \times 10^{-19} \text{ C}$) using a $10/9$ decimal harmonic, offering a geometric alternative to standard relativistic equations. In contemporary physics, fundamental constants such as the speed of light ($c$), Planck’s constant ($h$), and the mass of the proton ($m_p$) are often treated as independent, arbitrary values. The Sree Debasish Unified Theory (SDUT) challenges this fragmentation by proposing that the universe operates on a "Decimal Harmonic Base-10" structure.

I have studied a lot of people and came into elusion which expresses the cause behind the change in human.

Every element are created from the collaboration of different energy. This energy known as heat energy, magnetic energy , light energy etc.are already mentioned in my article. These two energy “time” & “place”. Every elements are transformed into magnetic waves after dissolve or perish. Everyday billion and billion of magnetic waves have given birth to one or more than one wave’s Addition or subtraction to Elements or matter. In this “Time” & “Place” are particular, Like ,if we heat one cup of water it will turn into vapour or if we cool then it will become ice . Here place is particularly fixed be it, water, or vapour, or ice . Question arises of “Time’s low of Constancy” If we increase the quantity of heat to make vapor of a cup of water then it will quickly turn into vapor or if we slowly decrease the heat then it will take time to become ice. The main exponent of experiment is “Heat” To create heat we need elements and in that element the amount of ‘energy’ and the “time & place”(Which is absorb) is always equal to the total (abandon energy) “energy” - “Time” - “place’s quantity of the changed element from its previous status. The changed quantity of ‘Time’ ‘Place’ and ‘energy’ is gained or lost from the heat creating element by transformation. Now, we can see that to make the structure of any material or, matter in the world there is a relation between energy to particle or, particle to energy in the same way there is a relation between time and place. “This universe have definite time & place. Like different type of energy (Light, heat, magnetic etc). Time and place are also different type of energy. Time and place has also the potential to change from one energy to another”. For Example- Thousand Light away, if a Black Hole creates then the time and place will change definitely. Every substance creates in delicate wavelength’s shape and size- different matter one or more substance. It’s total quantity is equal- total place is equal- total time is equal. # Again, when we analyse white Light through a prism then we get 7 (seven) different colours. The shape of the prism is triangular so, the upper part is thin and in the lower part it is getting thicker only to stop the wavelength of light – Upper thin part have less obstacle but, in the lower part i.e. the thin part of the lower prism gives more obstacle to the wavelength of light. So, the lower part to upper part is doing the change of place, same as the change of time. Now, we have to see what is the role of change of time & place in structure making of a substance

In childhood, during study different types of stupid question come in mind like if the unit of the respected scientists ‘Einstein’ equation, e=〖mc〗^2, the unit of ‘e’ is changed then, ‘m’ also will be changed . Now if c^2 unit is changed then, why the mass, energy will not be changed? Who is the exponent of element? Why iron should not be changed into copper? Why nature is the exponent of all those powers. Now , the main aim is to solve energy with different energy or , the relation of matter with different energy the relationship is very secondary but to solve the problem Is the primary motive but we know those unit is practically set up by calculating math’s problem , those digits will be unchanged , like – 3 Apples = 5 mangoes. Now, if it is the relation b/w apples and mangoes size, content, weight, mass etc. will be unchanged then, we will take it as the yardstick for units in , reality 3 mangoes = 0.01 quintal etc. are expressed in units . but the number of mangoes or apples , are unchanged. On the basis of that theory, here, it is proved practical measure by calculating practical digits to prove different angles related with the problem.

.The standards obtained by different text book about different Particles and Energy are different in different units. Like:- Mass value of Neutron 1.6749 x 10^-27 Kg. Proton mass 1.672623 x 10^-27 Kg, electron mass 9.109390 x 10^-31 Kg, Atomic mass 1.66050 x 10^-27 Kg in amu Unit, Neutron mass1.008664 u, Proton mass 1007276 u. electron mass 0.0005458 u. As per, e = mC^2 one energy 1.6021766 x 10^-34 Joule. Equivalent mass 1.782662 x 10^-36 Kg. There was a lot of curiosity in the quality of the same mass, same energy its answers and the strong desire to know the secrets of those numbers, digits, values. Then I went to find their relationship and saw the relationship between the values and numbers and digit obtained from all these units, and without unit. Find same value either quantity, or almost same number digit from these used Units and without Units, without power with power. For example 1.6021766 x 10^-34 Joule = 1.6021766 Unit. Energy 1.782662 x 10^-36 Kg. = 1.782662 Unit mass like this. I found the hadith of the original and prime, or root of numbers/digits in them. If the same result is found again and again and in different ways, then in the language of science it is considered as evidence. From this belief I have tried to present all those calculations in each article. It seemed my duty to tell everyone about it, Then in each article I have tried to describe each step as briefly as possible. Although I have to admit, I don't know how successful this effort has been with my little knowledge. Where we can find out many unknown facts of science by placing the calculations obtained in my article in place of different numbers or units used in modern science. E.g, As in all these articles, the source of Pi has been obtained in different ways or the sources of numbers like 22, 7, 9, etc., so if we put the calculation of 22 and 7 sources in place of Pi, we will understand why Pi has been used as mentioned.
