A character matrix of 161 taxa and 905 characters. This is a slight modification to the matrix in Gianechini et al. (2018) with the addition of the taxon described in Ely and Case (2018).

Supplementary data file 1: Measurements used for Figure 4. The majority was already collated by Dececchi and Larsson (2011). That dataset was supplemented with additional data from the more recent literature, primarily to increase sample size in the underrepresented groups included in the original analysis by Dececchi and Larsson (2011). Supplementary data file 2: Primary data matrix used for Figure 5A, derived from Choiniere et al. (2014) with the addition of Xunmenglong. Supplementary data file 3: Secondary data matrix with ontogenetic information, used for Figure 5B and derived from Choiniere et al. (2014) with the addition of Xunmenglong.
