In this paper, through gavage of DDVP on broiler chickens and successful modeling,broilers will have ataxia and other neurological symptoms, brain tissue is the location of the important nerve center, and what kind of pathological changes occur in the cells of brain tissue, few studies have been involved. Therefore, this experiment used electron microscope to observe the microstructure of cells in brain tissue, providing intuitive data for the structural damage of nerve cells caused by dichlorvos. PCR arrays and Q-PCR were used to analyze the changes of DDVP expression of 74 genes related to AMPK signaling pathway in chicken brain tissue. The effect of dichlorvos poisoning on AMPK signaling pathway in brain tissue was explained from the persective of gene expression.

Analysis of road dust suggests that high rutile concentrations are deposited on the street and might be circulated in the air by wind, vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Atmospheric samples collected at pedestrian level are composed of a heterogeneous sample of micro and nanoparticles with a higher size range from 40 nm to 60 nm.

Applied microbial data and associated meta-data for hydrocarbon contaminated soils from Macquarie Island.
Samples were collected over a 5 year period from three contaminated sites, FF, MPH East and MPH South. The samples were analysed with ARISA community fingerprinting, MFQPCR, and 454 amplicon sequencing. The data represents the processed data from these platforms and associated environmental data.

This data is provided as supplementary material to the article "Impact of wastewater effluent pollution on stream functioning: a whole-ecosystem manipulation experiment", in order to reproduce completely our methods. The first file ("Pereda et al. EnvironPollut_AppendixS2_Data.WaterCharacteristics.csv") contains information to test for the effects of wastewater treatment plant effluents on water chemical characteristics, and the second file ("Pereda et al. EnvironPollut_AppendixS3_Data.ResponseVariables.csv") to test for the ffects on ecosystem strcuture and functioning.
